Thank you for shopping with The Wild Monarch! Below you’ll find important information about how we process and ship orders.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 - 12 days because of our chosen printing process

  • Expedited Shipping: 3 - 5 days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.


International Shipping

We currently can offer international shipping.

If international shipping is offered:

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

  • If still missing, contact us at info@thewildmonarch.co within 20 of expected delivery.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and work with you on a replacement or refund where applicable.
